- In the case of lost cards, there is generally absolutely nothing to worry about as far as fraudulent transactions. We just need to ensure it gets closed and re-issued to you as fast as possible.
- Please note: Rush reorders are available for a fee. If you choose this option, we will contact you before processing your request. Standard processing usually gets you your replacement in 7-10 business days for a small fee. Faster options may be available. For that though, please contact us.
- If you suspect fraud, you can add notes to this form to allow our staff time to research and prepare to get your account back in order. If you notify us within 60 days, you will be 100% covered for fraud.
